Verse of the Week
When planning a study on the fruits of the Spirit, what’s a better piece of Scripture to memorize for the verse of the week than from Galatians 5? Many of our crafts and art projects will be centered around this Scripture.
As a mother, when I reflect on these characteristics it reminds me of the need for grace. I need to work on so many of these characteristics in order to be to person God wants me to be and the example He has called me to be for my children. I’ll not only be teaching our children but doing self-reflection this week on how I can better myself as a mom by keeping these commands.
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, faithfulness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”
Galatians 5: 22-23
